Georgian Unicode conversion
If you have an html file that includes Georgian text in UTF-8 encoding, you may convert it to Unicode octets by this online converter.
Using Unicode octets to represent Georgian characters is somewhat space-consuming, but but this is the only way to correctly reproduce Georgian characters when html charset entry is not set to utf-8 (or any other Unicode charset).
