Georgian localization of KDE

This project will enable Georgian users to have the famous graphical desktop environment in Georgian language.

The first stage involves the localization of kde base packages, wehreas the remaining components and stand-alone KDE applications (KOffice among them) will be localized on the next phaze.

Please join our team, as the amount of strings to be translated is HUGE. Your help will be greatly appreciated!
